We are expanding Frostwood Farms Kitchen to offer monthly dinners! Make a reservation! 

 

Our new offerings will be a variety of fine dining experiences, cooking classes, and our Signature Give Back programs available to you through reservation. We look forward to providing the Frostwood Experience to all of you!

“Sweet Corn” Dinner

 

Friday, September 8 at 6:00pm

 

We invite you to join us for The Sweet Corn Dinner presented by the Frostwood Farms Kitchen Team and our Executive Chef Matt Schieble. The dinner will be a five-course tasting menu featuring sweet corn from Green Barn Farm out of Ripon, Wisconsin.

 

This unique experience will be held on Friday, September 8th starting at 6pm.  The cost is $85/person.  Seating is limited and reservations are required by Wednesday, September 6.  Hope you can join us.

  • Chilled Sweet Corn Soup | lime sorbet, scallion, paprika dusted popcorn, turmeric
  • Sweet Corn and Jalapeno Griddle Cake | sweet and spicy chili mayo
  • Blue Corn Tostada | braised pork shoulder, corn crema, radish, cabbage, lime
  • Manhattan Steak | grilled sweet corn, cherry tomato, avocado, cilantro

 

Dessert

  • Sweet Corn Panna Cotta | black berry sauce

 

We will be offering a variety of beverage options available for purchase.  We will have our house beer, wine and soda offerings available. Our Gold Rush is the featured signature cocktail.
