The Frostwood Farms Team is back for another exciting installment in our monthly dinner series. This time around we are celebrating all things New Orleans with some classic Louisiana dishes by our Executive Chef, Matt Schieble & Pastry Chef, Audreen Maestri. Cocktail pairings will be provided by our good friend and all-around rockstar, Kevin Beutin of Robin Room. Let the good times roll!

 

We are offering this unique experience on Friday, March 21st starting at 6pm. The cost is $125/person and includes our beverage pairings. Seating is limited and reservations are required by Wednesday, March 19th. Hope you can join us!

Muffuletta | mortadella, coppa, lardo, castelvetrano olive, provolone, sesame aioli, focaccia 

Beverage Pairing: Hurricane | Planteray 3 Star, Planteray Original Dark, citrus, passionfruit shrub, grenadine

 

Main Course

Chicken Jambalaya | fried rice cake, “holy trinity”, spiced gravy 

Beverage Pairing: Vieux Carre | J.Henry Bourbon, Pierre Ferrand Ambre cognac, vermouth, Benedictine, bitters, duck fat washed
